Responsibilities Support the Air Traffic Engineering Program Support (ATEPS) Mission: Team Noblis is proud to be selected as an ATEPS awardee, enabling our team to support upcoming FAA requirements for program management, system engineering, development, and implementation efforts aimed at enhancing the safety, efficiency, and capacity of the National Airspace System (NAS).

To prepare for future mission needs and build the strongest possible ATEPS support team, Noblis is hosting invite‑only technical talent events for highly qualified professionals.

Support operations across four PMO directorates.

Enhance aviation safety through technological innovation and implementation.

Provide technical assistance for mission‑critical air traffic programs.

Enable integration of new technologies into the National Airspace System.

Support NAS modernization and system transitions.

Advance work across engineering and program management disciplines.

Your expertise is needed to:

Learn about upcoming mission needs and required skill sets.

Eligibility & Locations

U.S. citizens or Green Card holders with 3+ years of U.S. residency.

Primary locations: Washington, D.C.; Egg Harbor, NJ.

Some roles require onsite work; others may offer hybrid or remote flexibility.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract‑specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part‑time or on‑call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it’s just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Posted Salary Range:

USD $71,800.00 - USD $240,000.00 /Yr.
