Chief Operating Officer

CASEWV, Inc. is accepting applications for Chief Operating Officer (COO). As an integral member of the agency's Executive team, the COO provides direct managerial and supervisory support to agency programs - ensuring daily functions, legal and program compliance, and budget maintenance. The COO also provides support to the CEO as necessary - including, but not limited to, supporting the agency's planning and evaluation systems, implementing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring continuous quality improvement. Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree, a master's degree is preferred; have a minimum of five years' experience in management in the non‑profit sector, grant funding, and staff supervision; and have exceptional written and verbal communication and organization skills.
