Role Overview:
Deliver machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions to support analytical and automation needs. Develop, train, and implement ML and AI models using relevant data sources. Apply techniques such as NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics as needed. Perform data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation. Deploy AI-driven applications and monitor performance in production. Document methodologies and collaborate with technical teams to align with project requirements.

Offline Open-Weight Model Usage
Databricks Foundational Model Integration
Claude API implementation (a plus)
Third‑party pre‑trained NLP libraries
Python and NLP frameworks (spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK)
Healthcare/clinical text processing
Experience:
5+ years in AI/ML engineering
Experience in clinical NLP and healthcare data extraction
LLM fine‑tuning and prompt engineering
Deployment to production environments
Responsibilities:
Support enterprise value realization framework activities
Handle data and technical integration elements
Contribute to detailed designs and implementations
Work with third‑party tools and existing data models
Design, write, and optimize SQL queries in PostgreSQL
Extract, aggregate, and transform large datasets
Create custom tables, views, procedures, and functions for reporting
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports
Connect Power BI to PostgreSQL and manage data models
Implement custom filters, drilldowns, and bookmarks
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and consistency
Additional Skills:
Strong knowledge of database structures, SQL constructs, joins, functions, procedures, and JSON parsing
Hands‑on experience in PostgreSQL and Power BI
Expertise in visualizing and handling large datasets
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with Finance and Talent domain functions
Familiarity with Linux
