Influence ERM’s direction as a Partner with equity and decision-making authority. What You’ll Bring
BA/BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field. 15+ years of experience in consulting or working with the Power/Renewables sector, including delivery of projects in renewable generation, transmission, and distribution. Expertise in CPCN or equivalent state-level siting processes. Proven business development success with multi-million-dollar programs. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Preferred
Established relationships in the power and renewables sector. Experience in the upper Midwest and Northeast transmission markets. Insight into grid modernization and renewable integration trends. Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and expand client relationships with top-tier energy companies. Deliver strategic consulting services that drive innovation and exceed expectations. Lead project execution across environmental impact assessments, permitting, and compliance. Ensure excellence in health & safety, financial performance, and risk management. This is a Partner-level opportunity for a Principal, Director, or VP ready to take an equity stake in a global, purpose-driven consultancy. For the Partner, Electric Transmission & Distribution position, the anticipated annual base pay is $175,000 – $220,000 (USD). Actual pay depends on education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP, and other applicable benefits to eligible employees.
