What You’ll Do
Structural engineering design, leading a team of engineers in completing various building design and retrofit projects.
Collaborate with other design disciplines while working directly with clients (owners, school districts, municipalities, developers, etc.) to create places with lasting positive impact.
Plan, monitor, and coordinate the work of structural engineering project teams.
Oversee project Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
Help develop and maintain a stable, motivated high‑performing team.
Actively mentor team members to provide them with the vision necessary for their professional and personal growth.
Participate in developing process improvements that make your work better and faster.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in structural or architectural engineering.
Structural Engineering (SE) license required.
10 or more years of technical design experience.
Experience using ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RAM, RISA and other common structural design and analysis tools.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative environments.
Commitment to work as an integrated design team member.
