Job Description
Domino's Pizza is looking for an Assistant Manager. The role requires a natural boss‑like personality with strong judgment, math skills, and multitasking abilities. You will ensure that everyone in the store, including staff and the manager, is performing their tasks and following all policies.
Responsibilities
Manage all cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
Set the example and enforce 100% compliance with policy and procedures.
Staff scheduling, payroll paperwork, cost and cash controls.
Food management, schedule adherence, and store cleanliness.
Marketing, profitability analysis, and overall image of the store.
Provide great customer service, maintain attendance and punctuality.
Ensure proper transportation to/from work and handle staff transportation issues.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and telephone.
Excellent mathematical abilities (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and accurate monetary change handling.
Motor coordination for rapid, precise movement to process orders.
Proficient with computers and touch screens for order entry.
Navigational skills and the ability to locate addresses in the delivery area.
Capacity to work under stress, meet quality control standards and make judgments and decisions.
