As Product Manager, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of the most exciting parts of the Fanatics business, driving growth, engagement, and a best‑in‑class shopping experience for collectors and superfans alike.

What You’ll Do

Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle — from idea to launch and beyond.

Define and execute the product vision to deliver measurable business impact.

Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to improve conversion and engagement.

Partner closely with design, engineering, and marketing to craft seamless desktop and mobile experiences.

Track KPIs and learn fast through A/B testing and rapid iteration.

Stay ahead of eCommerce and sports trends to keep Fanatics Authentic at the forefront of fan innovation.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of product management experience in eCommerce or consumer digital products.

Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

Experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering impact in agile environments.

Passion for sports, fandom, and building amazing customer experiences.

BA/BS required; MBA a plus.

Where You’ll Work And What’s Required

Hybrid work environment with flexibility between 3 days in our San Mateo office and 2 days remote work from home.

The salary for this position is between $145,000 - $180,000 per year, in compliance with California’s salary transparency requirements. This range reflects the expected compensation based on qualifications, experience, and location.
