Our client, a leading private equity secondaries fund, is looking for a senior, hands on Principal to lead high profile secondary transactions and oversee deal execution. This role offers significant exposure across sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead origination and evaluation of LP stakes, GP‑led deals, and structured secondary solutions
Drive financial modeling, valuation, and investment committee preparation
Negotiate terms with GPs, sellers, and advisors
Manage and mentor junior team members across deal execution
Support portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives
Candidate Profile
6-8 years’ experience in private equity secondaries, investment banking, or related PE roles
Strong analytical, modeling, and valuation skills
Proven ability to lead complex transactions and manage junior teams
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management
