Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Own the go-to-market strategy for the Northeast region

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Develop annual and quarterly sales plans

Drive growth across assigned product lines

Lead, coach, and mentor two direct sales reports

Recruit, onboard, and manage independent sales agents

Serve as senior commercial contact for tier-1 strategic accounts

Lead pricing discussions and long-term agreement negotiations

Build long-term customer relationships

Use CRM and dashboards to track KPIs and pipeline activity

Adjust strategies based on analytics and structured reporting

Standardize call planning and territory management processes

Collaborate with product and marketing teams

Gather and communicate structured customer feedback

Maintain strong field presence with 50% travel

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience as a Sales Director or Regional Sales Leader

Proven success managing tier-1/strategic accounts

Experience leading sales teams and agency networks

Highly organized, structured, and results-oriented
