Role Overview As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building the Olyzon brand in the US, and driving revenue growth with key brand and agency partners. This role requires an experienced seller with a strong background in AdTech and CTV, and a proven track record of success with emerging technologies in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Generate revenue by getting RFPs from key brands and agencies, and leveraging sales / negotiation skills to close deals
Collaborate closely with SVP Sales and CEO to craft advanced strategies for market development and work alongside central teams such as Product and Operations
Develop and implement strategic business initiatives to drive revenue growth
Achieve revenue targets and objectives
Stay informed of AdTech / CTV industry trends to effectively advise partners
Support the centrally managed Supply Sales team in closing complex deals with major clients and partners
Qualifications
7+ years of sales leadership experience in the AdTech industry
Proven track record of building trusted relationships with Independent and Holding Company agencies, and brands directly
Demonstrated success in closing complex deals in a competitive environment, which will require buy‑in at all levels of the client org
Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and CTV landscape, with a solid technical foundation
A proactive problem‑solver who is always seeking innovative solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
