About The Role Are you passionate about helping sellers excel and thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑obsessed environment? Do you love combining data, coaching, and enablement strategy to drive measurable impact? We’re looking for a Sales Trainer & Coach to join our dynamic Outreach Enablement team and help our revenue organization unlock its full potential.

Built on the world’s largest foundation of customer interactions and go‑to‑market data, Outreach gives teams the tools they need to design, execute, and continuously improve a revenue strategy that is disciplined, achievable, and optimized for every stage of the customer journey. As a Sales Trainer & Coach, you’ll directly impact pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue attainment by equipping our sales teams to deliver more effective conversations and stronger customer outcomes.

Location Hybrid in Atlanta or Seattle. Remote candidates within the United States are also considered.

Daily Adventures

Coach sellers 1:1 and in groups on call execution, deal strategy, and opportunity management.

Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted coaching plans that move the needle.

Design and deliver high‑impact training programs that align with Outreach’s go‑to‑market strategy and selling techniques (consultative selling, closing & negotiation skills, presentation & communication, facilitation, objections, etc.).

Leverage data and call insights to personalize coaching and measure performance improvement.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with product marketing, revenue ops, and enablement peers to create a seamless learning journey.

Drive adoption of Outreach best practices, showcasing the art and science of selling.

Our Vision of You

5+ years of experience in sales enablement, coaching, or training within SaaS or B2B sales.

Proven success coaching quota‑carrying sellers to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, BANT or similar).

Ability to create engaging learning experiences — from role‑plays to workshops to digital content.

Comfort working with data and call analytics to inform coaching decisions.

Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence without authority.

Compensation The annual base salary range for this role is

$115,000 - $165,000 . You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, location, and experience. Final offers are determined through a holistic assessment and will vary within the posted range. Your recruiter will share specific details based on your location and role during the hiring process.
