Senior Business Systems Analyst - Financial Services

What You’ll Do
Partner with treasury and finance teams to gather requirements, map processes, and define reporting and data needs.
Translate ideas into clear documentation—functional specs, data flows, user workflows, and interface guidance.
Work closely with technology teams and external partners to implement enhancements and new functionality.
Lead user acceptance testing, create training materials, and support system rollouts.
Manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and drive root‑cause analysis for system problems.
Support integrations using APIs and iPaaS tools, and assist with reporting and data analysis using BI platforms.
Collaborate with banking partners and vendors on onboarding, connectivity, and platform configuration.
Tech Environment Helpful experience includes:
Treasury platforms (GTreasury, Kyriba, Bellin, Reval, etc.)
SaaS implementations and system configuration
APIs and integrations
iPaaS tools (Workato, Power Automate)
BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
SQL and relational databases
SWIFT/ISO 20022 and U.S. payment networks
FX tools, cash forecasting, and liquidity reporting
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (Master’s a plus)
3+ years in business systems, financial technology, or analysis roles
2+ years supporting treasury or cash management systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work across a diverse user base
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
A proactive, learning‑oriented mindset and comfort working across analysis, data, and product functions
