Responsibilities As an estimator on our team, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for construction projects under the CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing model. Key duties include conducting quantity takeoffs, managing multiple projects, developing cost strategies, and fostering relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

Qualifications
BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
7+ years of construction estimator or preconstruction experience
Commercial construction
Precon software, one or more MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam, Destini, Timerline, BIM360, etc.
