What We Offer Salary:
$110,500 – $152,000

Santa Clara, CA

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
Collaborate with engineering functions to coordinate releases of product improvements and new products; manage manufacturing engineering projects as needed.
Lead team using design‑for‑excellence (DFx) principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing and product costs and improve product quality.
Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
Develop and use test procedures, evaluate test results, and assess work methods, procedures, and policies to identify root‑cause issues.
Perform Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis, determine corrective actions, and provide reports.
Mentor and train junior engineers.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
4–7 years of relevant engineering experience.
Demonstrated conceptual knowledge and technical experience for everyday problem‑solving on the job.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to explain complex information and build consensus.
Physical & Technical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces and clean rooms. Ability to distinguish colors, work in noisy environments, use hand and power tools. Must use personal protective equipment as required. Process knowledge of semiconductor vacuum systems is required.
Employment Details Full‑time, regular employee. 10% travel. No relocation eligibility.
