Role Overview This role is responsible for overseeing transformation projects at the firm by reviewing current and future state business processes, identifying improvements, integrating technology, communicating impacts, and monitoring metrics of success.
How You'll Create Opportunities In This Role
Communication & Training:
Oversee development of process documentation, standardization, and training of transformation processes across the firm. Deliver training to practitioners and champions as needed. Develop communication and implementation plans to encourage adoption of initiatives and foster change management.
Project Management:
Oversee and lead project management teams, assign tasks to team members as needed. Lead annual transformation projects. Identify and consult with subject matter experts (SMEs) for project initiatives.
Collaboration:
Actively seek out and include SMEs and business stakeholders from across the CLA family, including service and industry leadership as well as project leadership.
Success Metrics:
Lead measurement of key performance metrics (KPIs), reporting, and analysis. Coordinate with other areas of the firm to monitor success metrics as needed.
Mentorship:
Provide training to junior members of the Transformation team and act as point of escalation for complex transformation questions. May act as Peer Advisor and/or Career Coach to assist other family members in growing their inspired careers.
Experience
7 years of public accounting or professional services experience required.
Bachelor's degree is required; combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
Strong project management skills required (attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment to priorities and commitments).
Basic knowledge of one or more applications used by CLA’s practitioners preferred (CCH Axcess Tax suite, CCH Pfx Engagement, FloQast, QuickBooks, etc.).
