Agile Program Manager, Emerging Products We are looking for an experienced
Agile Program Manager (APM)
to support the Auth0
Emerging Products
organization. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role where you will help to shape the future of our product portfolio by
owning delivery execution
across multiple teams, and ensuring
predictability, risk mitigation, and outcome alignment at scale.
The ideal candidate thrives in complex technical environments, can
orchestrate cross‑team work with clarity and agility , and brings strong stakeholder management skills to help teams deliver consistent, high‑value outcomes and
drive innovation .
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, prioritization, and execution
of feature delivery across multiple teams
Ensure
cross‑functional coordination
for dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across teams. Track action items and facilitate timely completion.
Proactively
identify and resolve risks, blockers, and communication gaps ; surface critical issues and drive alignment.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with engineering, product, and technical program managers to ensure consistent and effective delivery
Provide
clear and consistent status updates
to stakeholders, focusing on delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies. Support the maintenance of Jira data to enable accurate reporting.
Enable
value flow visibility
using delivery metrics (e.g., carryover, WIP, forecast accuracy); partner with engineering to drive continuous improvement and take action on lessons learned.
Facilitate or support core
agile practices
including backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and quarterly planning to improve delivery health and scope alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in
Agile Program Management
or similar role in an enterprise SaaS company
Proven ability to manage
complex technical programs
involving multiple teams and diverse stakeholders
Experience supporting development teams delivering scalable features on complex, distributed systems
Skilled in
cross‑functional communication , risk management, and facilitating delivery alignment in fast‑paced agile environments
Proficient with tools such as
Jira, Confluence
and the use of
delivery dashboards
and metrics to drive visibility
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
launching and scaling innovative features
as part of a large technology company
Understanding of
identity and access management (IAM) concepts
such as authentication, authorization, and SSO
Ability to analyze and interpret
delivery metrics
to guide teams toward more predictable and mature execution.

Salary and Benefits Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between: $150,000 — $226,000 USD.
