This is a national role with direct impact, reporting to the VP of Sales, where you’ll lead distribution strategies, expand market share, and influence the company’s growth trajectory. What You’ll Do
Lead and execute the national sales strategy across reps, brokers, and channel partners. Build and expand distributor relationships in water treatment and related industries (plumbing, wastewater, pool/spa, irrigation, building materials, MEP). Drive growth through territory planning, account forecasting, and strategic execution. Partner with internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and new opportunities. Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and technical forums. What You Bring
5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven success in distributor channel development. Experience selling products/solutions in water treatment or adjacent markets (water pumps, softeners, furnaces, plumbing, wastewater management, irrigation, pool/spa). Track record leading across rep networks, brokers, and complex distribution models. Strong communicator with the ability to position technical solutions to diverse audiences. Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide and work onsite when not traveling. Why This Opportunity
