Hill International is seeking a Project Engineer in Leesburg, Virgina
Responsibilities
Inspect quality of new construction on a daily basis to verify compliance with construction documents
Manage outstanding QA observations and deficiencies. Create and review QA reports
Attend and coordinate with GC to schedule pre-construction and pre-installation meetings
Inspect and sign off on completed items/checklists, close-in inspections, reconcile disputed items
Assist with change order management, issue resolution, project controls, and reporting
Coordinate with on-site Project Managers and Project Directors to ensure client needs are being met
Provide real-time feedback on construction progress vs projected schedules
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
5-7 years of experience on large-scale construction projects
General Contractor experience is a plus
Must be available to work full time onsite in Washington, DC
