Requirements
Requirements for database engineers include: Oracle database, database design and modeling, My SQL, and others. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline. Security + is often required. On most contracts, years of experience can be substituted for a degree. Experience levels range from 0 – 20 + years of experience. A Current TS clearance plus Polygraph is required for all openings. No CCA’s accepted. 401k Match of up to 6% of an employees’ salary. 100% Employer paid medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance for employees and their dependents. A generous PTO offering that employees can use for vacations, holidays, and sick time. The PTO amount is flexible based on what the candidate prefers. Up to $5000/year for approved education and training expenses/time. Referral bonuses of up to $10,000 depending on clearance level.
