Wellbeing and Engagement Vice President – Health Transformation We currently have an exciting career opportunity as a Wellbeing and Engagement Vice President (VP) within our National Health Transformation Team (HTT), part of Aon’s Human Capital US practice. This position will likely work virtually and may be based at one of our offices in Bloomington, MN; Chicago, IL; Norwalk, CT; Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; or The Woodlands, TX.

What The Day Will Look Like The HTT works with Aon employer clients nationally and globally to support and solve their wellbeing and engagement needs. We serve as subject matter experts on client engagements, projects, strategy design, sales, and solution development. Our days are spent meeting with and delivering solutions for employer clients and collaborating internally across Aon’s business units to improve wellbeing, affordability, access, employee experience, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Develop, drive, lead, and execute client‑facing projects focused on dimensions of wellbeing, caregiving, mental health and EAP, rewards and recognition, and overall health improvement across analytics, strategy, vendor solutions, and program measurement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external resources to identify critical product/tool/offer development opportunities.

Create scalable solutions with data analytics to provide evidence-based health solutions that improve health and productivity while positively impacting the bottom line.

Build effective marketing approaches to showcase these differentiators in the marketplace.

Support creation and communication of thought leadership through the marketing of new products and tools.

Collaborate in delivery via articles, interviews, white papers, and speaking engagements.

Support business development and sales efforts through growing client business and new logo opportunities.

People manage and mentor other health transformation team colleagues.

Skills and Experience That Will Lead To Success

Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and direct client‑facing wellbeing projects across the firm.

Ability to anticipate, think critically, and be a self‑starter overseeing and enhancing employer wellbeing strategies.

Subject matter expertise in wellbeing, creating strategic materials, and educating clients and colleagues on best practices, market trends, benchmarking, and research.

Proactive relationship building with internal and external resources to identify integration strategies and leverage resources across Human and Risk Capital, markets, regions, and business groups.

Strong project management skills in qualitative and quantitative analytics, strategy design, vendor selection, implementation, measurement, and engagement/communication.

A strong leader of project teams and individual contributors fostering growth and learning.

Proven track record of developing consulting approaches, building expert teams, and disseminating to market consultants.

Broad thinker with solid understanding of population health approach for employers.

Strong communication skills.

Required Experience

12+ years of related wellbeing experience.

3+ years consulting experience.

Experience in data analytics and measurement work.

Sales/Business Development experience (plus).

Global wellbeing experience (plus).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint expertise preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Pay Transparency Salary range

for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $160,000.00 to $195,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data. The salary range reflects a primary work location of Dallas, TX.

This position is eligible to participate in Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
