Job Description We are working with a well-established insurance defense litigation firm in Orange County that handles complex catastrophic personal injury and construction defect cases. The firm is seeking motivated attorneys who are eager to develop litigation and trial skills in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Drafting Case Management Orders and motion documents
Attending site inspections, depositions (including experts), and court appearances
Trial preparation, with opportunities for first and second‑chair trial experience
Qualifications
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
Minimum 2 years of insurance defense experience in personal injury or catastrophic injury
