A law firm with a national presence is seeking a talented Foreclosure and Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic legal team in Georgia.
About the Role
Represent mortgage lenders and investor clients in complex commercial and residential foreclosure.
Handle title disputes and diverse real estate litigation matters.
Manage a caseload throughout Georgia.
Travel for court appearances as necessary.
Attorney can work remote in Georgia or hybrid in the greater Atlanta area.
Qualifications
Bar Status: Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 1-8 years of relevant Litigation, Motion Practice, and Courtroom Experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Strong working knowledge of Georgia Mortgage Foreclosure Law.
Proficiency in the Georgia Code of Civil Procedure and Supreme Court Rules.
Previous experience with foreclosure litigation involving both residential and commercial property.
