We are seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate to join a dynamic team in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to work on complex employment matters in a collaborative environment.
Base pay range : $240,000.00/yr - $255,000.00/yr
Handle significant employment litigation, including depositions and case management
Advise clients on a full range of employment law issues
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and oversee document production
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple industries, including technology, manufacturing, and transportation
What We're Looking For:
4-7 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling
Active Illinois bar license and strong knowledge of Illinois-specific employment law
Excellent academic credentials and strong judgment
Ability to manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with superior interpersonal skills
Competitive base salary: $240,000-$255,000 (commensurate with experience)
