Overview
Care Net is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) ministry-minded leader to support and expand our Abortion Recovery and Care (ARC) initiatives. This role promotes ARC resources, develops digital content, supports curriculum and training, cultivates relationships with pastors and leaders, and helps strengthen a growing national network of abortion recovery facilitators. The position also contributes to conference planning, product tracking, volunteer coordination, and customer support for Care Net University courses. Key Responsibilities
Promote and support ARC resources across churches, ministries, pregnancy centers, and individuals. Write and curate articles, blogs, and web content for Care Net and ARC platforms. Manage ARC product listings and track sales across platforms. Equip and mentor ARC Recovery Leaders; help recruit and support Regional Coordinators. Assist in developing online training for Forgiven and Set Free and Reclaiming Fatherhood. Provide systems management and customer support for ARC online courses. Contribute expert content for the Affiliate Portal and support church integration of abortion recovery programs. Assist with planning workshops, breakout sessions, and ARC booth operations at the national conference. Represent Care Net at conferences and events as needed. Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Experience leading abortion recovery services/studies. Strong communication, marketing, customer service, and project-management skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple projects, learn new systems, and work independently. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to engage diverse Christian audiences. Willing to travel periodically, including to the Care Net National Conference. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ministry/pregnancy center leadership experience. Committed Christian aligned with Care Net’s mission, values, and pro-life position; able to offer prayer support.
