Job Description Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee high‑volume retail facilities. The role generates and executes travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve sales, profit and customer satisfaction objectives.
Ensure customer expectations are met
Conduct meetings with subordinate employees
Maintain effective vendor relationships
As Deli General Manager you will build, coach, manage and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring and training.
Drive sales
Manage team members
Track inventory
Provide customer service
Perform P&L analysis
Pay Rates: $42,300.00 – $61,370.00 per year.
Qualifications Integrity, accountability and excellent team‑leadership skills are essential. Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays is required.
2–3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli or foodservice
Previous management proficiency in high‑volume retail with P&L accountability
Ability to create and maintain a customer‑focused culture
