Responsibilities
Act as part of a Professional Services team to ensure customer objectives are achieved.
Translate business requirements into process-aligned designs for the Siemens DI Software solution based on multi-product/multi-industry domain knowledge and best practices.
Interact with customers to manage expectations and support adoption by leveraging the Siemens Delivery framework.
Provide architectural guidance to Sales/PreSales pursuits and Services projects, outlining solution architecture options and long-term roadmaps.
Act as trusted advisor on architectural design, ensuring technical integrity and value delivery across projects.
Provide direction for process design, integration, and change activities, internally and at customer sites.
Leverage templates and curate best practices and templates for project solutions.
Work with minimal supervision, determine solutions and methods at a country level for basic to moderate complexity and diverse scope.
Participate in Zone Solution Architecture Community of Practice to promote knowledge sharing across projects and boundaries.
Report to the Electronics, Semiconductor, Industrial Machinery and Battery Business Unit's Technical Delivery Office Director. Industry experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in engineering, computer science, or related field (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, Industrial Machinery, or Battery industries is a plus.
Multiple years of designing Teamcenter solutions; experience with Enovia, ePDM, Windchill, Aras Innovator or Agile PLM is a plus.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex issues to multi-level audiences and report progress effectively.
Ability to handle tough and ambiguous situations without conflict; commitment to drive implementation success.
Ability to interpret and report results to senior management and customers.
Travel 50%+

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
Advanced university or college degree.
Experience leading large software implementation projects and prescriptive solution deployment based on best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.
Experience leading offshore teams on implementation projects.
