We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our ECM team as a Vice President. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Initial Public Offering process, capital markets, and the regulatory landscape for public companies. This role will be instrumental in guiding our high-growth clients through every phase of their IPO journey, from readiness assessment to post-IPO transition.

Client Management and Leadership

Serve as the primary client relationship manager and engagement leader for multiple IPO Advisory engagements.

Oversee and manage the end-to-end IPO process, ensuring seamless coordination across client teams, underwriters, legal counsel, and investment bankers.

Provide strategic counsel to C‑suite executives (CFO, CEO) on complex IPO‑related topics, including timing, structure, governance, and reporting requirements.

Strategic Financial Communications & Execution

Manage complex strategic financial communications planning and execution for IPOs and capital markets events.

Demonstrate an understanding of key business drivers for current and potential clients and tailor communications strategies and solutions accordingly.

Manage day‑to‑day account work of producing and refining deliverables – including strategic plans, core messaging documents, press releases, talking points, scripts, investor presentations, Q&A, and briefing memos.

Oversee and manage the end‑to‑end IPO process, ensuring seamless coordination across client teams, underwriters, legal counsel, and auditors.

Team Development and Business Growth

Mentor, train, and develop junior team members, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative, and results‑oriented team environment.

Actively participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, presenting to prospective clients, and building strong relationships with investment banks, law firms, and private equity sponsors.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Equity Capital Markets with at least 3+ years directly focused on IPO preparation and execution.

Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CFA certification is strongly preferred.

Technical Acumen: Deep technical expertise in IPO and bookrunner experience.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines, and effectively influence decision‑making at the executive level.
