As a pivotal member of the Public Policy team, you will be instrumental in building and coordinating programs that highlight the value of these transformative platforms and products to key stakeholders. Your work will directly influence policy discussions, educate decision‑makers, and ensure the continued growth and positive perception of cutting‑edge solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, create, and implement engaging policy experiences, events, and outreach programs to educate and inform policy stakeholders.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams, including Policy, Legal, Communications, and Partnerships, to strategically advance the organization’s policy goals.

Cultivate and manage robust partnerships with external stakeholders, representing the organization at high‑profile events, conferences, coalition meetings, and working groups.

Support critical engagement efforts with policymakers, trade associations, industry partners, key opinion makers, and non‑profit organizations.

Prepare senior executives for impactful meetings and public appearances with third‑party groups and stakeholders.

Develop and implement internal processes to optimize team workflows, fostering enhanced cross‑functional communication and collaboration.

Travel as required to support program objectives and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum 2‑5 years of experience in government, technology, policy, or non‑profit sectors.

Bachelor’s degree.

Must‑Have Skills

Program Management & Partnerships: Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, coupled with a strong track record of leading program management initiatives across multiple organizations or stakeholder groups.

Stakeholder Engagement & Community Building: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and organize communities of stakeholders, with direct involvement in engagement strategies and advocacy networks.

Agency, Corporate, or Non‑profit Collaboration: Professional background within agency, corporate, or non‑profit environments, showcasing a strong ability to foster cross‑organizational collaboration and coordinate joint programs or campaigns.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Policy Expertise: A strong understanding of the policy landscape, particularly within the technology, government, or non‑profit sectors.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively and seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners across various functions.

Public Speaking & Representation: Confidence and experience in representing an organization at public events, conferences, and meetings with diverse third‑party groups.
