Product Evaluations, Inc. is a full-service market research firm located in Oak Brook, IL, specializing in foodservice. Our clients are among the largest food producers and restaurant chains in the U.S. We have a growing Consumer Taste Test business, and are seeking a
Consumer Taste Test Insights Leader
to join our team! This role will lead our growing food testing business, implementing test protocols, consulting with clients and creating actionable analysis and reporting.
All candidates are
required
to have:
Four-year college degree (food science or related degree a plus)
5+ years managing taste tests on either client side or supplier side
Experience designing taste test methodologies
Experience consulting with clientsHands‑on experience using Red Jade or Compusense
Proven reporting and analytical skills
Proficient with MS Office programs (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
This job requires:
Living within driving distance of Oak Brook, IL, with reliable access to a car
Ability to travel to site locations across the U.S. (+/- 3 times per year)

You do not have direct experience managing taste tests
