We empower aesthetic providers to open, grow, and scale their own injectable practices with unmatched business support, branding, marketing, and community. As we continue expanding nationally, we’re hiring a Marketing Director to lead, elevate, and scale our brand and the brands of our 25+ injector partners.
This role was previously held by a high-impact, multi-discipline creative + operator, so we are looking for someone who is equally strategic, organized, resourceful, design-savvy, and execution-driven.

POSITION OVERVIEW The Marketing Director oversees all Aluma marketing channels, brand execution, content creation, campaigns, injector support, and company-wide marketing operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for building systems, managing deliverables, overseeing junior talent, and maintaining brand excellence across 50+ internal stakeholders and 25+ injector brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Run point on social media strategy and execution
Brand development + creative asset production
Website builds + SEO
Events + campaigns
Vendor and agency coordination
Internal communication + operational workflows
Manage and execute daily posting schedules across Aluma and select injector accounts
Create reels, teasers, graphics, monthly specials, stories, and campaigns
Oversee content calendars, content days, shot lists, and trend adoption
Manage paid content boosts and basic platform ads
Create full brand kits for new injectors (logos, color palettes, Canva templates, GIF libraries, social templates, print materials)
Design marketing assets: menus, postcards, business cards, window decals, special graphics, event collateral, signage, digital ads, lead magnets, and more
Maintain brand consistency across all digital + print touchpoints
Work cross‑functionally with internal designers + consultants
Oversee buildout of all injector websites (Squarespace and Vercel)
Write SEO‑optimized service lists, About pages, and metadata
Manage ongoing website edits, before/after galleries, and booking integrations
Coordinate ADA compliance tools and reporting
Build and deploy campaigns in Mailchimp (newsletters, specials, event sequences, RSVPs, clarifications, loyalty promos)
Manage audience segmentation, list maintenance, deliverability, and testing
Create automated flows for injectors and Aluma‑wide initiatives
Write polished, on‑brand copy for high‑volume email communication
Explore ways to develop SMS
Manage onboarding for each new injector: build brand assets, set up Mailchimp + Yelp + GMB, create marketing materials, build Linktrees, referral cards, window decals, social templates, provide day‑to‑day support on content, promos, and marketing requests, train PCCs on Canva + IG best practices
Lead marketing for all Aluma events (trainings, grand openings, summits)
Create landing pages, email sequences, signage, credentials, merch, and promotional content
Coordinate vendors, photographers, videographers, and internal teams
Manage internal Google Ads, Meta boosts, and occasional Revance/Allergan co‑op coordination
Oversee lead gen funnels, landing pages, and performance reporting
Maintain Connecteams forms, directories, SOPs, and internal communication
Support leadership with event/training presentations, announcements, and company‑wide updates
Manage project timelines, prioritization, and deliverables for 50+ stakeholders
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
5+ years in marketing, social media, or digital brand management (aesthetics experience is a plus)
Experience managing multi‑brand organizations or agencies
Proven ability to handle high‑volume, fast‑paced deliverables
Comfortable running point on events, content creation, and website builds
Highly organized and able to prioritize across many departments

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$70,000 salary plus monthly bonuses
3 weeks PTO
