Resident Engagement Coordinator
to join our team! The
Resident Engagement Coordinator
provides administrative and operation support to the Independent Living Life Enrichment department. Responsibilities include planning and developing resident activities and activities that promote better health, wellbeing, engagement, and growth. Minimum Qualification
Must be able to work Saturdays and occasional evening events. College degree preferred. Event planning experience helpful. Must be able to speak in front of large crowds. Must have the ability to solve problems under minimal supervision, while working collaboratively with co-workers to achieve positive results. Must have excellent communication skills and one-to-one interactive skills with seniors and older adults. Computer proficiency in Canva, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, Internet search engines required. Must be comfortable and willing to learn application used in the healthcare setting and Kahala Nui. Proof of annual TB clearance in accordance with state regulations upon hire. Hawaii liquor license blue card will be required to be obtained upon hire. Equivalent experience or education may be substituted at the hiring manager’s discretion for educational or work experience requirements Benefits
