Job Summary We are seeking an experienced systems engineering professional who has a strong professional record of success focused on integration and automation. The selected candidate will consistently apply strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, review business operations to suggest automation, pay close attention to detail, and prioritize security. This individual must also be intellectually curious to ensure technical currency in our field and the ability to identify and engage with applicable tools and trends as they develop.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows for system and network operations.
Build and manage Linux‑based systems supporting system and network infrastructure.
Develop scripts and tools (Python, Bash, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Integrate enterprise business systems and platforms using APIs and orchestration frameworks.
Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and DevOps teams to streamline processes.
Document automation processes and provide training to team members.
Qualifications
5+ years dynamic scripting language experience such as Python, Ruby, or Groovy.
Thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong proficiency in Linux administration.
Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
Experience with API integration and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Jenkins or Git).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Working knowledge of AI and LLM systems and tools.
Exposure to network monitoring tools and telemetry systems.
2+ years of experience in network engineering or related field.
Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
