Senior Solution Architect – Agentic AI
Base pay range $170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect – Agentic AI to design and deliver transformative AI‑driven solutions that streamline enterprise processes and generate measurable business value. Leveraging deep expertise in agentic AI, multi‑agent orchestration, and generative AI, this role will architect secure, scalable, and production‑ready solutions that automate manual tasks, enable AI‑assisted or autonomous workflows, and optimize outcomes across critical functions such as IT, HR, Finance, and Operations.
This position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility to be based in Houston or Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver enterprise‑scale agentic AI solutions incorporating multi‑agent collaboration.
Align solutions with business requirements and measurable KPIs (e.g., cost savings, efficiency, performance).
Prioritize intuitive, user‑centric designs that enable seamless, context‑aware interactions (chat, voice, embedded UI).
Ensure clear human‑in‑the‑loop escalation paths and adherence to conversational UX best practices.
Lead cross‑functional delivery PODs (IT, engineers, process owners) to ensure rapid, high‑ROI solution delivery.
Define and maintain best practices for agentic AI solution design, orchestration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and guardrails.
Develop and maintain a framework classifying agentic solutions (autonomous workflows, AI‑assisted tasks, orchestration patterns).
Build and promote reusable components (prompts, connectors, guardrails) to accelerate delivery and maximize value.
Manage a registry of agents and agentic processes, ensuring performance, ownership, and compliance standards.
Demonstrate the “art of the possible” with compelling showcases of agentic AI capabilities.
Mentor teams on frameworks, autonomy design, and safety patterns to drive adoption.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience in solution architecture, automation, or AI platforms.
3+ years designing and deploying production‑grade agentic AI solutions with multi‑agent orchestration at enterprise scale.
Proven success integrating AI agents with business‑critical systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM) and workflows.
Expertise in generative AI, agent autonomy, tool integration, and human‑in‑the‑loop design.
Working knowledge of standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent‑to‑Agent (A2A) communication protocols.
Hands‑on proficiency with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Autogen, Azure AI Agent Service, CrewAI, N8N, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
Experience with cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Strong background in enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, event‑driven systems), identity/access management (OAuth/OIDC, SCIM), and collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack).
Familiarity with AI security and compliance best practices, including data isolation, audit trails, and PII protection.
Skills
Strategic thinker with strong enterprise solution design expertise.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non‑technical audiences.
Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience in large, complex organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
