In this role, you will:
Serve as the primary technical partner for customers, guiding engineering teams through API architecture, SDK generation workflows, and integration patterns
Lead hands-on onboarding by diving into customer codebases (TypeScript, JS, HTML/CSS) and ensuring API surfaces integrate cleanly
Create and improve technical content - examples, tutorials, and docs - when identifying gaps across API specs, SDK behavior, or tooling
