Associate General Counsel - Industry Leading Entertainment/Hospitality Group

This position reports directly to executive legal leadership, stakeholders, and board members, and offers the opportunity to be an integral leader within a legal department. Located in central Florida, you would be managing a team while helping support the business as a key member of the organization’s leadership.

Requirements

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and active bar license in the U.S.

6+ years of experience post bar-admission.

Extensive experience in independently drafting and negotiating both Commercial and Corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

Advise on any corporate, real estate, regulatory, compliance, risk mitigation, and other business-related issues.

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including marketing, privacy, and technology agreements, as well vendor, NDA's, licensing, and more.

Assess legal risks as well as general corporate governance.
