Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to streamline and enhance digital operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define operational goals, KPI’s, and metrics, and track performance against targets.
Coordinate with IT personnel to plan and implement new technology initiatives that may impact operations as well as to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly with the team.
Develop and implement new operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our crypto platform, ensuring high availability, stability, and reliability.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities or system weaknesses.
Implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity measures to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service.
Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of crypto platforms, blockchain technology, and digital asset management.
Ability to multitask several projects effectively.
Expertise with various digital development tools and project management software.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify operational bottlenecks, devise effective solutions, and make data‑driven decisions. Experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus.
Annual Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 USD.
