Responsibilities
Administering anesthesia and monitoring patients perioperatively
Collaborating with surgical teams to develop anesthesia care plans
Assessing patient health and ensuring safety throughout procedures
Managing post‑anesthesia recovery and patient pain management
Skills Needed
Current CRNA certification and state licensure
Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient care
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
