We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
to serve patients throughout San Francisco and surrounding areas. In this essential role, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Nursing, clinical staff, and office team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care while providing supervision to LVNs when assigned.

Fair pay with overtime eligibility (patient‑visiting RNs are not exempt from California overtime laws)
$10,000 sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities Provide nursing services within the scope of practice, following individualized plans of care
Deliver treatment, evaluate patient response, and report changes to the Case Manager and/or Director of Nursing
Supervise LVNs when assigned
Complete online charting in Kinnser on company‑provided devices
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Caring, compassionate personality with strong communication skills
Pay:
$135,000 - $156,000/year DOE
