Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Finance leadership team to manage the execution of strategic priorities and cross‑functional initiatives.
Develop clear, compelling executive‑level communications, presentations and narratives to support decision‑making and stakeholder engagement.
Drive programme governance, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks to ensure initiatives are executed with excellence.
Collaborate across Finance, Business Units and Corporate Functions to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic objectives.
Synthesize complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable insights for senior executives and stakeholders.
Support annual and quarterly business planning, financial reviews and strategic updates.
Qualifications
Final year or recent MBA graduate.
Solid finance background with prior experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance or related fields.
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
Collaborative mindset and ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions.
High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Preferred qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
Compensation & benefits Base salary range: $96,000 – $215,967 per year. Compensation may vary depending on qualifications, skills, experience and location. The role may also include discretionary bonuses, incentives and restricted stock units.
