Salesforce Business Analyst
We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and the technical implementation of our Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to elicit clear and detailed requirements.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Translate business needs into Salesforce configuration requirements.
Partner with Salesforce admins/developers to design scalable, robust, and user‑friendly solutions.
Recommend best practices across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Assist in hands‑on configuration (fields, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, permission sets, etc.).
Support UAT: create test cases, coordinate testing, validate results.
Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot functional issues.
Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
Work with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide training, onboarding, and documentation for end users.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a CRM/Salesforce environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data models, and security frameworks.
Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Basic understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good exposure to the Healthcare industry.
Nice to have Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
