to join its Westwood, Los Angeles office in a hybrid capacity. This leadership role is ideal for seasoned tax professionals ready to manage complex engagements, mentor a talented team, and deliver strategic tax solutions for a diverse client base.
Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage tax compliance and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts & estates
Review complex tax returns and projections
Lead and develop staff accountants and seniors
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
Qualifications
5+ years of tax experience in public accounting or professional services
CPA required
Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Schedule & Compensation
Hybrid—Westwood office with occasional travel to Torrance for Orange County candidates
Base salary $125,000–$160,000
