Consumer Financial Services Litigation Attorney
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Massachusetts‑licensed litigation attorney with 2‑4 years of experience for its Boston, MA office.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team, defending national consumer financial services clients across a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal court. The position is an exciting opportunity for career growth, with comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed and advance within the firm. You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.
Position Requirements
Must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing. Admission to the Rhode Island, New Hampshire, or Connecticut Bar is strongly preferred.
Available for some in‑person workdays at the Boston, MA office to foster collaboration and team engagement.
2‑4 years of civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts, preferably with mortgage litigation defense matters.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
