We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and creative
Manager, New Business Proposals
to support our rapidly growing new business team. This role will focus on managing the development and quality assurance of proposals. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in public relations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will ensure proposals are compelling, accurate, visually polished, and strategically aligned with client needs and opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the proposal development process from start to finish, in collaboration with our AI tools. Perform rigorous quality assurance checks, ensuring proposals are clear, persuasive, error-free, and strategically on point. Align case studies, messaging, and supporting materials to client briefs and business objectives. Collaborate with account leads and senior leadership to refine proposal strategies and highlight relevant expertise. Edit and adapt content to reflect PR industry best practices, ensuring proposals resonate with prospective clients. Create, update, and polish PowerPoint slides and visuals for proposal decks. Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, balancing tight deadlines with accuracy and quality. Maintain and update proposal templates, case study libraries, and supporting content. Partner with the business development team to continuously improve the proposal process and outcomes. Qualifications
7–8 years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing, preferably with agency experience. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with PR strategies, campaign case studies, and industry terminology. Proficiency with PowerPoint (required), and an eye for design and layout to make decks visually engaging. Experience with proposal writing, business development, or client communications is strongly preferred. Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills. The Perks
