The partnership combines the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Cell Therapy Account Specialist

as part of the

Sales

team based in

Boston North, MA (remote) .

Role Overview The Cell Therapy Account Specialist represents Legend’s products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets within a specific geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

Drive multiple myeloma CAR‑T brand choice among institution‑based oncology customers.

Maintain comprehensive understanding of Legend and competitor products in our therapeutic area, and in‑depth knowledge of the disease state.

Navigate a complex account environment, understand stakeholders’ needs, and triage to appropriate internal stakeholders for support.

Develop an understanding of the issues and opportunities unique to each geography.

Provide insights to the cross‑functional team on feedback from healthcare professionals (HCPs), including account business trends and potential changes in the therapeutic landscape.

Leverage intel and insights to develop and assertively implement an account business plan to meet customer needs and achieve corporate goals.

Work cooperatively with internal team members on cross‑functional projects related to specific accounts or physicians, and collaborate with outside partner companies to co‑promote products or services.

Assist in the identification and resolution of issues and opportunities, and communicate proactively to marketing and sales management. Prepare territory budget plans for customer contacts, unrestricted educational grants, speaker events, and other miscellaneous external expenditures.

Represent Legend at national and/or local symposiums/conventions.

Demonstrate initiative and willingness to work hands‑on with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.

Demonstrate leadership among peers by consistently applying and modeling appropriate compliance, behavior, and conduct.

Perform all administrative functions required for the position, including reporting call activity and customer information into the appropriate call reporting system in a timely manner, submitting expenses, etc.

Report adverse events to Legend’s Drug Safety department and other internal departments as appropriate per required guidelines.

Actively promote the appropriate use of Legend’s products to healthcare professionals in accordance with Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.

Strictly comply with all regulatory agencies, state, and federal law.

Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

Minimum of 4 years pharma/biotech sales experience in specialty, oncology, or rare disease.

Proven, consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives, preferably in specialty markets.

Experience managing and executing in large accounts, including strategic planning and problem solving.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
