to lead

Model Portfolio Management

efforts and drive strategic oversight across our fraud modeling ecosystem. This role is ideal for a candidate with expertise in model development, governance, and

deep expertise stakeholder engagement , and who thrives in connecting the dots across a complex enterprise landscape. Responsibilities

Leading the Fraud Models Community of Practice, including ownership of routines, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment across fraud model owners and developers. Overseeing portfolio‑level Fraud Model Health Monitoring, identifying cross‑model performance trends, uncovering opportunities for consistency in methodology and governance, and informing strategic prioritization of model development and enhancement efforts. Driving model prioritization and strategic planning, including capacity planning and roadmap development for fraud model initiatives. Conducting Model Value Trend Analysis to assess business impact, identify optimization opportunities, and inform investment decisions. Managing the Gen AI model inventory for fraud use cases, including prioritization, governance, and serving as the face of the Client Protection for Gen AI efforts. Evaluating Proof of Concepts for emerging fraud detection techniques and technologies, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and assessing feasibility, scalability, and value across the model portfolio. Supporting Bank policy for Artificial Intelligence models and ensuring risks associated with advanced techniques are identified and mitigated. Driving model performance analytics beyond policy requirements, including granular monitoring, early trend detection, root cause and gap analysis, etc. Serving as a subject matter expert across the model lifecycle, providing guidance and thought leadership. Mentoring junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in analytical role is required Exceptional stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align diverse audiences across business, technology, risk, and compliance functions. Strong executive presence, capable of representing the fraud modeling portfolio in senior forums, steering committees, and enterprise‑wide initiatives. Proven experience in cross‑functional leadership, driving collaboration across lines of business. Strategic thinking and planning capabilities, including capacity planning and roadmap development aligned to enterprise objectives. Ability to synthesize complex analytical insights into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders and decision‑makers. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution. Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative degree or equivalent work experience Advanced STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) degree (Masters or PhD) 7+ years of experience working as model developer, data scientist, model validator, preferable on fraud, credit, market, or other heavily quantitative areas. Deep understanding of model governance and lifecycle management, including validation, monitoring, documentation, and regulatory engagement. Proficient in Python, SQL or SAS Skills

Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
