We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) for our Hospitalist team in Bel Air, MD, near Baltimore.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient care and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop treatment plans.
Perform admissions, discharges, and daily patient assessments.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and document patient progress.
Ensure quality patient care and safety in a fast‑paced hospital setting.
Skills Needed
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures.
