Radiology Partners . Jefferson Radiology is seeking a patient-focused Computerized Tomography (CAT) Scan Technologist to join our growing team. Jefferson Radiology is the largest radiology practice group in Connecticut, affiliated with Radiology Partners, with ten imaging centers and multiple hospital affiliations. Produce and evaluate CAT Scan diagnostic images as ordered by the referring physician. Perform CAT Scan exams per established policies, procedures, and protocols, maintaining high quality and productivity. Conduct quality assurance duties and operate all CAT Scan equipment and computer systems, including RIS/PACS. Review requisitions to determine proper study; interview patients for medical history; prepare patients for exams; administer oral and IV contrast. Qualifications
Connecticut State Radiologic License, required CT certification, required ARRT Certification, required CPR (BLS) certification, required 2+ years of CT scanning, required Advanced venipuncture proficiency required About the employer
