Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a D365 Senior Technical Consultant. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical consultancy, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting system performance analysis, offering technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering tailored solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. The role also includes technical documentation, guiding implementation best practices, and providing input for system design improvements.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate system performance and recommend effective solutions
Experience in Consulting to guide clients, understand their needs, and offer insights into optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve complex technical issues effectively
Understanding of Sales processes and ability to support integrations with D365 solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach
Experience with integrating D365 with other business systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross‑functional teams
