Responsibilities
Administer comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, monitor vital signs, and manage ventilators and life-support equipment.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment processes and post-discharge care.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions.
