Qualifications
1‑2 years of previous surgical technician experience in an OR setting required.
Certifications and Licenses Required
Successful completion of a Surgical Technician program and Surgical technician certification required.
BLS required (American Heart Association).
Scheduling Requirements
Night Shift
Per Diem Schedule
Essential Functions
A Surgical Technician’s role is to perform scrub roles/functions for surgical procedures and to assist in nursing care activities and institutional services under the direction of a graduate professional nurse in accordance with the job description and hospital policies.
